Well she is a "Toon", she's supposed to make people Smile and Laugh. But no, I get what your saying! It's like a "Blooper" behind the scenes where they goof off on stage and put that on the "Bonus Features" on a DVD. They're acting but they can't help but be silly every now and then! Just like that NPC with the bouncing boobs! ^_^
