Terrible Postures π
🕑 Added 2023-09-14 09:48:32 +0000 UTCHi folks, nothing to worry about it just letting you know that i unconsciously was working with a terrible posture, and now i got a sore neck, is NOT an injury but i have to take care of it before it became one, i'm sure those who works with a pc or in a office will know what im talking about.
This slows me down a bit for working on animations, mainly due to longer periods of resting times, but i prefer dealing with delays, than dealing with injuries.
This also reminds me that I'm not longer 20 years old (im almost double that π
) and that I have to take care of myself.
