What if Krang and Shredder refine the mutagen more and get some of Beach Bunny (from after the bomb the rpg of tmnt) and turn April into a bunny that is more sexual then Beach Bunny was. Beach Bunny slept with nearly everyone in the warrens several times till she got bored and moved on.

Mutagen transformation, I picture her getting more muscular monstrous. Maybe the foot clan purposefully transformed her shows her leashed by the foot clan maybe she’s grabbed Kasey johns by the head forcing him to eat her out. Showing how’s she’s being used as a weapon to take the foot clans enemies down. Krang drone, this one could be April becoming a more brainwashed cybernetically enhanced sex drone. Those are my two idea!
