i can see ダドゥ子 looking at FBB chan "fake big belly" with wonder and confusion wile thinking -why is FBB chan is pretending to have fun with a fake belly when she can have fun with a real belly?- tho i don't know how ダドゥ子 thinks other then seam to her "bigger the belly the beater it is"
