yeah, but in all honesty I think that Bojack Horseman episode was a better episode. Don't get me wrong I think it's a great episode, hell it's the episode that actually made me watch The Prestige, a rare Nolan movie that I had overlooked. It's kind of the same feelings I have when I think of the year Forrest Gump won best picture over The Shawshank Redemption for best picture. I think it won from popularity, but the lasting effect of that episode will fade pretty quickly while the Bojack episode will be more poignant over time. Hell, this isn't even the best Rick and Morty episode in my opinion, and with a ton more episodes to go there be far better ones most likely.
