Shepard reminds me of my my first kitten, he mostly imprinted me and was mean to most others , he was a tabby too, my youngest sister named him "Tiger Buddy" but I was the person he really loved.. He was an asshole cat, some cats are just like that, they hate and scratch everyone but a very few people, or just avoid people.

OMG @ Shepard! I also have a little orange boy, when I first got him he also wouldn't eat wet food. I kept trying for months but he would maybe nibble at it at most. Then around the time I got his trouble puffs removed, I spoke to the vet about food recommendations and they gave me a few brands to try. Finally found one he actually really likes, but he ONLY likes their chicken one, absolutely no fish. My mom also hates seafood, so I keep telling her that he gets it from her.

This is one of my favorite episodes. Suspenseful, creepy and exciting. When Beverly’s at the heart of the action, you’re in for a good time. Interesting info about the guest actor; never realized he was the same actor from the episode of Seinfeld where they volunteer to visit the elderly. Katrina deserves credit for piecing together what was happening to Beverly pretty quickly.

Full disclosure that I am writing this after having watched. I was wrong about what quote I thought Paula was talking about. I thought it would be when Dr. Crusher is alone with Captain Picard on the bridge and she says "It's all perfectly logical to you isn't it". I could see saying that in an argument all the time. For what it is worth the actual quote she was talking about is obviously much better.

The one thing that should've happened once Beverly jumped through the vortex into the proper universe was to have her blue medical jacket disappear as she wasn't wearing it when she initially was zapped into the alternate reality (or I guess although this was never mentioned now she has 2 of them lol). Something similar happens with another crew member (Picard) in a future episode regarding the holodeck and the real world but that is a discussion for when that episode is shown here.

One of my all time favorites. Dr. Crusher has a very wonky track record of episodes dedicated to her, but you kinda gotta love them all because of Gates McFadden. She's the best.

An excellent episode. Kat, very happy to see that the replacement Data mug made it. I'm not sure how many more Picard/ Crusher moments she'll be able to take. When she said that she wanted to throw something, I kind of got worried about the mug for the moment. :-)

You need to tell Shepard that he lives in a Paragon household. Renegade behavior will not be tolerated. I consider 'Remember Me' one of the better episodes of season 4, and Gates McFadden is so talented with her vocal inflections and facial expressions. I love watching her act.

"Gaslighting" was mentioned a lot here, but not once was Dr. Crusher gaslit throughout the episode. Everyone, the computer, too, was speaking the truth about their universe.

My favorite part of this episode is that nobody was truly trying to gaslight Beverly like Katrina feared would happen. They didn't understand who Crusher was said missing. There were was no problem with their compliment of crew in their reality every time she asked what it was. But like Paula said, Picard still believed in her despite his reality not being her's at the time. He trusts Crusher implicity!

My first cat was a kibble-only cat, and my second one is a wet-food only cat, although she will eat kibble if I mix it into the canned stuff or add a bunch of water. She did have serious teeth issues when I got her at the shelter, so that might be the reason if eating dry kibble hurt her mouth before her dental surgery. Funny thing is that neither cat would/will eat fish! So much for the stereotype.

I had a cat who would only ever eat Friskies® Surfin' & Turfin' Favorites™ (the one in the purple bag). She also hated people and was a total lard-butt. I miss that cat. Oh; decent episode, BTW.
