You're definitely not alone. I think a lot of viewers were under the impression that Aimee was twenty-something. On and off, I've been watching The Normies reacting to Lucifer on YouTube, and in one video, someone mentioned how old Ella's actress was and everyone else in the group was taken aback. I felt similarly back in the day when I was watching Buffy and found out that James Marsters (Spike) was forty.

I am just happy somebody else was surprised lol. I mean I don't have real face blindness, because I rarely make eye contact due to my autism I tend to recognize people by hair style, stature, and voice. I try to look for some kind of distinguishing feature in people I might run into on occasion lol.

A nice fact about the creepy Arm-Head monster is the monster was originally voiced by Louis C.K then redubbed. When everything about C.K's actions came out, the creator redubbed the character to cut all ties between C.K. and the show. The show was just doing re-runs and streaming at the time. I really appreciated this proactive approach to cut ties with C.K.

Yeah, I was also surprised when I learned what year Aimee Garcia was born and that she is in fact one day older than Lauren German. I always thought that it was possibly a missed opportunity that the Lucifer writers didn't mine that fact for humor somewhere, like if they'd had one of the characters on the show assume that she was in her twenties until she corrected them.

She's not the only totally much younger looking lady I was like oh, she's gotta be 15 years or so younger than me (which at around 40 is like 25, you know not illegal or anything but definitely sketchy) that shocked me by being older than me lol. Aimee Garcia, Ella from Lucifer, I swear she looks like low 20s, but nope 43 lol.

Nope, it actually is Alex Hirsch in the version they're watching. It's true that CK was the original voice for The Horrifying Sweaty One-Armed Monstrosity, but it turns out he was replaced for obvious reasons.

Seeing the two of you cry during Dipper's speech made me tear up a little myself. I was going to say that the voice of that one armed monster that tries to eat Dipper was Louis CK (an especially regrettable casting choice for an episode in which Gideon learns a lesson about not being a creep), but I looked it up and learned that the character's dialogue has since been dubbed over by Alex Hirsch, so you two were correct after all.

Actually, The Horrifying Sweaty One-Armed Monstrosity was comedian Louis CK. Alex has confirmed that TimeBaby will eventually regenerate... and he would know! Kat, yes that was Lina Cardalini & Jason Ritter in the weirdness bubble - Linda also plays Hawkeye's wife in the Avengers & Jason is the son of the late John Ritter (Threes Company) - aint I just full of useless info?!?
