I would like to remind everyone that these episodes were recorded pre-strike. Therefore some of the things we're talking about are a little out of sync with where we're at now. Also, as we've previously mentioned we will be transitioning into watch along format. For this serial we will still have the episode available, but as you'll be able to see it will be slightly blurred and audio lowered (Though that is the norm with audio). I have edited in a timer to help with adjusting to what that will be like as well. Thank you all for understanding and your support!

It's interesting what plot devices are used to work around the regular cast's holidays. Last story it was Carol Ann Ford, this story it's Jacqueline Hill's turn to disappear for a week or two. (Some of the devices work better than others.) And yes, while I do like Season 1, imagine how much more interesting it would have been if Susan had been written like this through its entirety.

It must get frustrating after a while for a 26-year-old Mother of two to play the role of Susan where she is constantly talked down to like a child.
