Maybe a monthly poll or suggestion box for a drawing of one of your OC's, and you'll draw the winning idea or idea you like the most.

you mean you submit the ideas and i get to choose? im already planning to make a poll for this month this time i'll be taking 3 winners from now on however, like the usual, the most votes will get a finished illustration while the other 2 will get a rough sketch

How about once a month submit a character with a scenario and you get to choose which one you will like to draw

I was going to suggest that the higher tier members get a rough sketch once a month, but something similar has been suggested. Besides that, maybe have a poll to see if the higher tiers would like more variations to an existing work?
