My advice Paula, in fact Kat as well, is to work through it, there are episodes, and I think I know of the one you speak, that will make you, (they did me), feel deeply disturbed. Just please take the time away, if you need it, to process and get help if you feel you need to. Rest assured there is a moral to it but if you need time and help just take it and none of us, I'm sure, will think any the less of you.

It’s funny you started the episode with a Steven Universe reference, because I think this show is almost an anti-Steven Universe. Weird connection, but both series are ultimately about dealing with trauma and relationships. Steven Universe is built around figuring out how to deal with toxicity, trauma and negative emotions in a healthy way, when (nearly) everyone wants to act in good faith. Battlestar Galactica says, “yep—and here’s what happens if everyone just said, ‘frack that!’”
