Here is a commission look with both a futa model and female model.
There are piercings part of the look, but are made as assets as the part they are attached to are heavily morphed. Use the CUAManager by Blazedust to easily manage your assets :).

So far its been an average of 25-30 eur for commissions, depending on the difficulty. And if you want a look with many parts to it, like assets and clothing, then more than that :). This one though has small piercings, which are easy to make.
