Bandit Patrons? :P
🕑 Added 2018-05-05 01:00:01 +0000 UTC Hi :DI was thinking about changing this reward for the 5$ patrons: "Your name or another one you prefer will be used for a NPC, location, weapon, spell, etc and when a name is required for use, yours will be used." to something more clear and better IMO.
The idea I have is to add the patrons of that tier as bandits with a "title" so they are a bit organized and recognizable too, like Slave Trader "patron's name" or something like that, I didn't decide that title yet, they will use vanilla bandit leveled lists and they will have a "wench card" to collect similar to Yuriana's cards quest and to get those new cards you have to kill them :P.
The quest can have a counter similar to the poster quest so everytime you get a wench card it goes up until you get all, Im not sure yet if I wanna add markers or make it like the posters quest. This may be a good way to add cards of the other captured wenches too.
The main work will be to implement the quest but after its made it will be easier to add new patron's names/bandits/cards and the number of cards required to complete the quest will just be more, so it can be updated from time to time with other things without problems.
I also wanna improve the one for the Wench Lover tier, in that case it can be a little more personalized, maybe with an extra custom poster using the screenshot they requested and maybe other exclusive things.
At first I thought about adding patrons at inns but that may cause problems if you use a lot of population mods.
So thats kind of the idea, the point is to reward/recognize you guys a little more while making new cards/quests/content. :D
Every patron can read this since I wanna know if you have suggestions,doubts or ideas about the rewards too.

I had a similar idea way before I made the last update, it was about adding "Yuriana's ex-boyfriends quest", something like you said where you get other cards and kind of know about her past a little more, what I would like to add is something similar to "Enslaved Inquiry" quest, there is not much fighting and I think its kind of unique, maybe the diary idea can be a good start, we will see :P

I've had a tiny idea for when you go back to Yuriana that may help deal with the tons of pics you're going to accumulate... Yuriana's (or other girls') diary. self-updating diary (meaning it's several items that swap each other in your inventory) that unlocks parts and days as you progress on her quest and relationship, both offering a window to her past (and developing her character) and a fun excuse for hundreds of pics and spicy writing. She could apporach you like "Oh... I lost my diary, we should find it..." and you get a small quest to find it, like killing some horny (patreon) bandits (if you want) and from there you can read a couple pages; as you get closer to her, you'd get smaller sidequests from her to track older pages of her diary (so more patrons to kill and more images to use). :D I know, one of my dumb wild ideas, and not so original, but I'll float it your way anyway :)

Sure, anyone that wants a specific wench for the card just need to let me know otherwise I will just handle it, I will make several anyway, I will ask when I start to add them ;), I dont wanna overcomplicate the title too much though, when you get the card you kind of "know" the bandit liked that wench, the questlog or a note can say that the bandits really like the wenches so they decided to steal some of their cards and maybe capture them for themselves, so ingame its like if you are killing other patrons and getting the wenches for yourself, something like that :P

I think having "patreon bandits" is a pretty good idea, but maybe it'd be a bit cooler for us to suggest a specific wench that is then used for the specific bandit. In that regard you could also adapt the title of the bandit to something having to do with the wench of their card (like "Fanatic of *wench*" or "*Wench*'s nightmare", whatever fits).

Do you mean that you cant activate them? It can help me a lot if you can tell me which ones, it also depends on your mods that change towns/cities, most likely you can activate them checking the poster to find the spot that triggers the activation. The posters were may as a side task while you do other things, it was inspired by GTA's extra tasks where you need to find "sprays" on walls or something like that, mmmm maybe adding a little reward everytime you find 5 or 10 posters can be nice, not sure if I wanna add markers to them, that may make it trivial an uninteresting since you will just teleport or go to where the marker points. Also there are 60 posters in total and you need 45 to complete the quest.
