I know, and that is precisely my point. A show of power only works when it goes hand-in-hand with diplomacy. But A is neither strategic nor diplomatic, and since Tsunade has already had a previous experience with him, I want her to exploit this weakness. As the saying goes, "Mighty Brawn is no match for a nimble brain." The Raikage's ego must not be bruised because then he will act out and throw a tantrum like a 5-year-old child. No, Tsuande must display that she has the advantage here, not A. She must show that A is severely outgunned because if Yamato can subdue a 5-tailed Kyuubified Naruto, he can definitely subdue Yugito. Darui and Kakshi go head to head. Tsunade and Gai take A. Naruto takes B. Jiraya can go wherever he is needed, and all of the High A and S ranks are taken care of. Konoha still has Danzo, Shizune, Yugao, and Asuma, who are all Low to High A (with Danzo being an S rank) ranks that do not include the clan heads. Finally, they have Shikaku and Tsunade leading the charge. They both have experience, wit, and strategic acumen. In the pre-Shippuden period, the village of Kumo has Darui, C, and Samui as legitimate threats. However, it is worth noting that Samui may not be considered a major threat at this point in the story. They are Ninja subterfuge and stealth is what matters more.

As far as I know, Ao doesn't actually have a seal to turn off his Byakugan, he just has that ability. I think the meta reason why Kishimoto decided his plundered Byakugan could deactivate was because, the Byakugan should be able to see through anything, so he would be stuck with a constant chakra drain. As for a possible reason that fits canon, perhaps it's because the Byakugan was in a deactivated state when its user died? Obito never died despite losing half his body, but his sharingan was active when Rin severed it from his body. We can actually see this with Madara, he was able to activate and deactivate his rinnegan at will when he was in edo tensei mode. Ironically, when he forced Obito to fully revive him, he became blind because his actual eyes were transplanted into Nagato ages ago. But not only did he have to re-take his eyes to see anything, he could no longer deactivate the Rinnegan, shutting him from any Mangekyou abilities until he developed the Rinne-Sharigan in the middle of his forehead. If not for that, Gai wouldn't have been able to nearly kill him using the eight gates because he could use an a bijuu-enhanced Susanoo to shield him.

Unfortunately, that is precisely the first requirement to be considered as a Kage. As ridiculous as that sounds, that's essentially what happened with Yagura, because he is also a jinchuriki. But it's also the case with kurotsuchi, who is the previous tsuchikage's granddaughter, and yet her father Kitsuchi was alive when they made her Kage. They also completely overlooked Akatsuchi, the previous guard of the tsuchikage.

Kakashi had great potential, I will never understand why he didn't find a seal to make the sharingan deactivate. That is, if Ao could activate and deactivate his Byakugan whenever he wanted, why couldn't he be the same?

The thing is that mastering a thousand jutsu, especially when the bulk of them are sub-A tier, is pretty easy with the sharingan. What's hard is mastering a single element. Hiruzen Sarutobi was famed for being a VERY RARE master of all five. And it's worth remembering, not only does Kakashi have only elemental mastery, but he can also open some of the eight gates. Smart Naruto fans have already noted that, aside from the plot demands, Kakashi could've easily broken through the water prison that Zabuza put him in by using the first gate alone. More importantly, however, Kakashi almost always sticks to Taijutsu before doing anything that requires him to use chakra. This makes sense in the context of his sharingan being always on, but it's worth remembering why he created the chidori in the first place. He used to have a chakra sabre in his early days that was his primary weapon, but he has since switched to fists. He tried to learn the rasengan and add elemental chakra to it, but each rasengan is a massive drain on chakra, so he just uses chidori as his secondary weapon. Just think about that versus Minato and Naruto. Minato slew over 100 shinobi, most of them were beaten because of his hirashin, but he used a rasengan while doing so. Naruto is an utterly anomaly in this case, having to use shadow clones to form a rasengan, and still being able to spam both, even jumbo rasengan! Basically, Kakashi is not the ninjutsu specialist of the four jonin of Konoha, that's Asuma's role. Kakashi is the all-rounder of the four, and because of that, he is limited not by variety, but by his dismal stamina. He was even lacking in taijutsu because of his grief put him out of practice!

A is a Raikage who rules by force. There is no skill, no subtlety, no diplomacy. With A it means obey or I crush you and he is a radical Do you want to bet how much he tries to intimidate Tsunade in exchange for two shits? and he will surely say that Naruto is a threat in some way and much more

savitar

It is said that Kakashi has mastered a thousand jutsu that he has copied, but let's be frank, that hasn't worked out. Why would we put a competent ninja on Konoha's side when Naruto must carry all the shit himself?

Hersh Jobanputra

I want Konoha to display he is no pushover and put some sweat on A's forehead. Especially, Tsunade has to show A why she is a Sannin and a Senju and that in a battle she would absoluley destroy him. Naruto must establish his dominance. Out of all the Kages I respect A the least because he is lowkey all muscle no brains. i understand being diplomatic but sometimes a show of power is the best diplomacy.

Hersh Jobanputra

He did not master them he just know a thousand in fact besides a couple of lightning style jutsu's he has not mastered any! Maybe Earth wall and substitution.

Nadez.

I don't really think A actually cared about the Jinchuriki before Naruto came around. Ay cared about his brother. Notice how he did not take the threats and warnings about the Akatsuki seriously until Sasuke "nabbed" B. When Hidan and Kakuzu kidnapped Yugito, he was still pretty dismissive of the Akatsuki. If B wasn't his brother in every way that mattered, Ay wouldn't care all that much, save for the military strength he just lost.

savitar

Kakashi has a lot to teach both Sasuke and Naruto Being someone who has mastered a thousand jutsus and possibly almost all the elements, I have no doubt that he would be able to teach many to his students. I wouldn't trust A, not for nothing, but the guy ordered Hinata's kidnapping. I have no doubt that if he can, he will take advantage in some way.

SkulduggeryHaven

Mainly because that's the way it was written in the manga. Naruto inherited Ashura's powerful Chakra, but not his soul which is probably in the afterlife. If I'm not mistaken, that's why both Hashirama and Madara can be resurrected with Edo Tensei when Naruto and Sasuke are still alive.

Zombie45

well there's good progress with both sage mode and Hiraishin and him overall so that's good. The meeting will be interesting especially as I feel that Ay is the only other Kage to actually care about there jinchuriki. I did have a question however: why do you say Transmigrant of Ashura instead of Reincarnate of Ashura?
