How can I keep going like this?

Just an update, as my situation has worsened to the point where I have to handle rent all by myself, in addition to covering for family's dwindling salary - as it always happens every Christmas.
I've opened for Emergency Commissions, as I tend to do, but I am honestly unsure if I can even get some work done at all as quick as I had done.
After a recent meltdown relating to the huge culmination of stress for the past few months, I've been trying to take care of myself, only to find myself stressing over and over again over barely having enough to make a living, barely enough for utilities, or having to drive or eat.
I feel awful for continually asking you every few weeks, but so far this is always what happens. This happened in Christmas 2021, and it's happening again. Again tying to why I hate this "holiday" so very much. It hurts us.
