They do such a good job of making me feel uncomfortable around demons in this show. I love that you reacted the same way as a reasonable person would about the kid demon, only proving Frieren's point. The cliffhanger for this episode was brutal.

Someone probably already commented that, but all the places and people are named after real German words. The only made-up words in the show as of now have been that spell called "Zoltraak" and "Aureole", the pace where souls rest. I also haven't found an incorrect German word so far and their pronunciation has been impressively accurate too. The names seem very fitting as well, for example the demon envoy being named Lügner (Liar). From what I can remember of the top of my head: Frieren: Freezing (in the sense of being very cold) Himmel: Sky Eisen: Iron Heiter: Happy, merry Fern: far away Stark: Strong Qual: Agony Flamme: Flame Ewig: forever Lügner: Liar Draht: wire Linie: line Graf Granat: Count Garnet Aura: you guessed it...it means Aura
