That's fine, completely reasonable assumption at this point, but some people might be a bit gung ho, if you stuck on that idea for too long. Sasuke's mission is one key point in the whole storyline, and Sasuke has many fans :) Also, the Naruto soundtrack is legendary. The perfect mix of traditional Japanese instruments joined with modern electric guitar and drums.

Ahh I see! Yeah I recorded quite a few eps ahead already so you're probably gonna hear me bring up the matter a few more times haha. I don't think I ever fully suspected Kakashi to be responsible but I did consider it an option until now

As the other comment said. Sasuke is not thinking Kakashi is the one responsible for killing his clan (the Uchiha clan). Sasuke knows who did it to the clan and is searching for that specific person. As well as training to become strong enough to defeat him.

Thanks man! Ahh yeah I figured it could make him an automatic suspect but judging by Sasuke's reaction he's not really considering that option indeed.

I think Naruto did detect Zabuza, but when he threw the kunai, Zabuza used the rabbit as a substitution (substitution jutsu) and hid in the branches of the tree. Maybe in the episode you're in now it's already clearer (I don't remember) but rather than thinking Kakashi is responsible, Sasuke thinks there must be a connection between Kakashi and his clan, since the Sharingan only appears in some of the Uchiha clan and Kakashi apparently doesn't belong to it, plus Sasuke is the only survivor. Great reaction.
