And then the rest of the episode is nothing but bangers tooo!! As a father of two, in my later half of my thirties and recently lost my career... Well.. I reallt appreciated hearing the admission of uncertainty from my favourite parisocial people. I honesmt needed it. I don't think you guys got there but I found celebration in the uncertainty. And fuck being certain. Fools goal. Theres a reason we felt it in our youth.

I started recording quotes in my note app. I'm not sure why, but it feels right lately for me... And "I wish I felt the certainty that I imagine other people have" It's a banger! This makes me think of that quote about people in a dark time taking up collecting as a way to feel productive or restore order. I don't know, I heard it in the book Fish Don't Exist by Lulu Miller, which I'm listening to based on dear Hank and John's recommendation
