It's not often that I feel like youtubers are aiming for my age cohort, but this livestream with discussion of how many pills we take every day, hair loss, reluctantly making slide show presentations, and how much it hurts to stand up and sit down is really speaking my language. Looking forward to that country song about functional exercise. I need it.

I've heard that male patterned baldness is carried on the x chromosome. So your mom's dad or your mom's mom's dad would be a better bet for where to look.
