Changing directories did get the game to open, but it opens with a new error message. It reads"Error in action number 1 of Create Event for opject objVideoPlayer: Data structure with index does not exist. at gml_Object_objVideoPlayer_Create_0" I decided to try the demo again, which had worked in the past, but now that program also gives this message. The only major change since i initially got the demo and now (that i can think of at least) was changing to High Sierra.

If you got the "unable to find the game" message when try to launch it, just move the downloaded .app to a different directory, then launch the game. All Mac users solved their problems doing this.

So when I download the Mac version from the site, the zip file opens creates an app, but when I open the app, it just opens a window that says "unable to find game". What can I do to fix this?

Hi Ronald, i was going through the game from the beginning ( as i normally do when I've missed a few updates) and i noticed a few grammatical and spelling mistakes. I've written all these down in a notepad file that i can send to you if you like? I'm only up to the point where you get back to the apartment for the first time but i think I've got about 30 sections of text with errors in.

No, you don't need to replay the game for each update. Unless otherwise specified, old saves are compatible. We have used a pink button in these optional endings, so you know to save your progress first before going into these events.
