Hey~
The release dates for the rest of December and most/all of January will be a little all over the place.
I plan to do some Christmas specials, which includes a character that will not show up for the free releases on SH/RR until after Christmas.
Because of that, I plan to do daily chapters starting somewhere next week until a few days before Christmas to introduce the character to everyone.
It comes with a big BUT, though.
Afterward, probably including all of January, we'll switch to a 3-day schedule instead of every other day. I need to repair my backlog a little, and there's another big illustration related to a chapter, and it needs a bit longer, so I can't really afford the daily chapters...

On the plus side, I'm planning two things for Christmas. There's one massive wholesome illustration, maybe with a bit of text to go along with it, and then there will be a pervy Christmas for everyone on Patreon~.
Well, that's the plan, at least. The wholesome one will definitely happen because that illustration is already done, but the pervy one is still a wip. I'm not entirely convinced it will be done on time. Maybe pervy New Year instead xD

I'm using all the money I get here for illustrations, and the support I've been getting the last couple of weeks is way too overwhelming because I need to get rid of the money before the year is over, thanks to stupid tax stuff.
I already have no idea how I will get rid of all the extra money I got in November and ongoing December because I hadn't expected it...
I even disabled the yearly pledges, and the highest "Hero" tier is currently closed, too, because of that. I might disable some more tiers until the year is over.
In January, all of that will be back to normal.
I'm accepting New Year gifts, as well xD
(Just kidding, don't do that.)

Hmm... Doubt I would find someone before the year is over because I have no idea about any of that. Not to mention finding someone with a free spot. Not to mention I'm not really sure what to do with it xD -- Right now, my plan is to prepay my main artist with a bunch of money for illustrations happening the next year.

I'm from Germany, and we have to pay taxes for basically everything... Nah, scratch that, it's literally everything... Multiple times in many cases, even... My writing is declared a hobby, but if you make money with a hobby, our dear government would like to have a significant portion of it. But, if you spend the money you make on things related to said hobby, like the illustrations, this reduces the "profit" you make, and you don't have to pay taxes on it if the money you make isn't "enough". --- << As for daily chapter well as long as you don't burn yourself out with that kind of pace, I certainly won't mind :D. That's part of the reason I'll do fewer releases afterward for a while. While it's true, the other illustration also is a bit of an excuse xD --- << I think you totally deserve all the patreons, it just proves how interesting what you write is :P Thank you~

Well I guess that kind of tax shenanigans are an US thing? Haven't once had to deal with anything annoying related to taxes from where I am, well there was that one time about tax returns, and them constantly calling me because they can't return all of the money they own me because some form like 5 or so years ago was not filled up properly. Otherwise can't think of anything else. As for daily chapter well as long as you don't burn yourself out with that kind of pace, I certainly won't mind :D. Tho there has been cases for my other patron where the whole community basically had to demand the author to take a rest break, because his health was starting to deterioate (turns out writing chapter tilll 4am in the morning basically daily with no backlog to speak of is not very healthy) anyways lastly I think you totally deserve all the patreons, it just proves how interesting what you write is :P

Yeah, the trip to Sophia's old world was definitely the cause for the spike. I just honestly hadn't thought about that leading to this. Especially not that it would nearly double the patrons. (80 in October and almost 150 now). I definitely am happy about it, but it happening during the last 2 months of the year, it caused some stress xD. That's also part of the reason for the Christmas special(s) because those illustrations were 1000+$ together~

I mean, you’ve had a massive cliffhanger pretty much going on since Sophia/maya went to Sophia’s old world so a lot of people want to know what’s going on asap so that leads to more patrons is my thoughts. Can’t wait for the daily updates and I’m sure everyone else will like it as well till we get past this point, prolly to where the top tiers are now ch wise but that’s a guess. Edit to fix wording.
