That's a really great way to look at it "must have a special purpose". I like that a lot!

DMs really have a special particularity. On my view they must have a special purpose. The approach and motivation are fundamental. It is very difficult to imagine what will be the best, but leaving the comfort zone can take us on an interesting path. Exchanging information generates empathy and there we can establish a relationship. I really liked it!
