Hello friends,
I need some advice here. After ditching the animation effort, I tried to come up with a way to get a lot of renders in for the bandit camp smorgy and I settled on this idea I've seen before: disembodied hands and nondescript generic bodies for sex partners. And after several dozen renders... I sort of hate it now. Actually there's no "sort of" about it because I definitely dislike these when I put them in game itself.
What do you think? Should I keep going with this style so I can (hopefully) finish the smorgy by the deadline or should I start over with better renders and get done as much as I can before the 20th?

I think disembodied body parts in these types of games are the most off-putting and frankly disturbing thing.

I think the idea is right as well. I agree that the execution as pictured above would be better with more "fleshy/realistic" hands/figures. I think the problem with traditional rendering is that all the sudden you have to worry about physics (i.e. how are the owners of those 10 hands positioned in a way that makes sense, I want a body here, but now I have a weird angle, because otherwise it's blocking the shot, everybody needs a different face/hair/weight, etc). From an eroticism standpoint, it's the idea of the act that's way more smexy. It's easier to achieve that if you're not tied down by physics, which traditional rendering will force you into. Also, I don't think world will end if the deadline is pushed out a bit.
