You are doing a great job. I usually just drop a book if the MC is too weak, but your writing is just right; it's realistic and thrilling that almost anyone is a threat to the MC. But I think 20 chapters are enough for setting a tone for the story. It's nice that the MC had a small power boost, and next, I think you should give the MC some protection from adult wizards. Like in your other story, we already had a delusional Dumbledore, so in this one, it will be nice to have the old, gray Dumbledore—make him protect the MC from adults for a price, like helping the Chosen One (a little bit forced, but potentially interesting). Also, I'm not a fan of the idea of the Room of Requirement becoming semi-public knowledge. Maybe I'm paranoid, but the MC decided to keep it a secret, and in the next chapter, there is some action around the RoR, and it can potentially be exposed. Please don't do it. Keep it as the MC's trump card for at least a few school years. Maybe it's okay if one person finds out (for example, a mysterious Slytherin girl), but please make it interesting, like the girl started stalking him or is a clairvoyant, not some sh*t like it's exposed because the MC is a careless dumdum. And speaking about clairvoyants, I think you made them too OP in this story. It's only a matter of time before the MC is exposed, either by a powerful clairvoyant because he is the MC and it's clear that he will have an exciting and impactful future, or by some student clairvoyant because of something petty. And it would be cool if the MC was more concerned about clairvoyants and leaking his little secret. Like, after a small accident, he has a strong need to understand more about different powers, and the RoR helped him find out more about the mysteries of personal magics and basic protections against some of them. Also, there is a lot of potential for the MC to have his own organization: there are already different 'gangs,' other characters will not become useless with unique magics, and the MC's power has the potential to bind together an organization and maybe even enhance others. Is the story going this way, or will the MC just copy others' powers and solo everyone?

There is not really a lot to comment on. It seems we are still in the set-up phase, with the MC flailing trying to get his barrings, so it is hard to tell what the story is supposed to be yet. Is it supposed to have the same whimsical tone as HP, or something more dark, serious, and edgy? What is the MC's specific short term goals and plans (i.e. more specific than "Get better")? And so and so forth. It is hard to give any critique or advice about the story's direction and implementation if I don't know yet what those are intended to be.
