This Bloodless is it a skill or an item? Yesterday I did some tests and managed to swap the body during the pause / menu, during the game it probably uses some kind of file cache I just need to figure out where this file is. Give me a more practical example of what you would like, even a drawing made with paint.
Also I agree with above, boots and some sort of bottom covering is nice, im more in favor of topless than full nude

In addition to the Playboy bunny outfit from bunnymorphis, there is also Bloodless, the boss with the red dress. Both are models you can probably try. The skin swap is good idea for the option of tatoos or others. Clothes wise, maybe a nip slip version of the default costume is a simple mod I'm guessing to star off with?
