SCHEDULE/LIFE UPDATE

I think I'll try to do the OP review live in Friday or Saturday night's stream instead of tonight.

LIFE UPDATE (personal stuff, don't read if you don't care)
The reason I had blood drawn was because I went to a fertility clinic - for those of you that don't know, I've been trying to get pregnant for like 8 or so months :)
I still need to go back at the end of the month for an X-ray appt, but so far it looks like everything is fine, our timing may just be a bit off. It is also possible that stress is causing my brain to tell my body "she is not ready to have a baby at this time", so it doesn't release certain hormones (or not enough) which is causing me not to ovulate. SIGH. WHY SO COMPLICATED XD
Another issue may be (of course) my damn sleep schedule. My internal clock being as confused as it is could be affecting my hormones, too. So I will really need to get serious about changing that.
I am going to use tonight to sleep early, wake up early (for the second day in a row) and then I will do my best to stream earlier, end the stream earlier, and go to bed no later than 5 a.m.
--> If I can keep this up, and wake up consistently at 12:30 I will be able to get in some exercise which should also help regulate my sleep and hormones.

I only joined nearly, so I do not know much about your sleeping schedule but in my country elders say that if you do not sleep at night, you will become old very soon. So take care of yourself, if you don't no one will do, and also some say that if you want to remain young for a long, you should start doing things to remain young, while you're young.

In case it makes you feel better, i know from a friend of my mother, and others, that it is quite normal for people to try for many months even years. My neighbours tried for 2 years with their first. They have three children and everything is fine. Sometimes it just takes a little time.

That's good but I just said that if you what to change some things about the schedule (next 3-4 months) just do it I'm sure people gonna be okay with! :) once again I really hope you gonna everything is gonna go well once the baby comes or even more later in the future who knows. :D

I have my schedule from April set for 2 days off instead of just 1 xx so I should be good from next month! I won't be streaming less though, the off day will be Monday & Tuesday.

I love swimming! But we won't have a pool once we move. There is a community pool where we live though, might go there :) but once summer is over it will not be possible for me XD I will try to do yoga at first and walking/light jogging

Oh that's great that they told you everything was fine! I recently saw that swimming is good for relieving stress, and that later in pregnancy it is also a good exercise if you want to try it. I think you liked to swim but I don't remember. I wish you the best of luck!!! 💕
