Naruto only had the ability to master Multi-Shadow Clone jutsu because of his massive chakra reserves from the Nine-Tails and his Uzumaki heritage The Rasenshuriken was only possible because of the above reason. It would've taken anyone else months or years to accomplish Naruto is related to the Senju clan via reincarnation and marriages/blood. Meaning that not only is Naruto related to the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Hokage, he has the soul of a Ninja God's son in him He only really achieved KCM1 because of his mom. And actually would've died early in the war if the Nine-Tails actually wanted him dead since he just stopped absorbing Naruto's chakra
