A wonderful and insightful piece of work. As a gainer and and encourager, I identify with both of these men. I identify with Jay's delight in seeing David's belly grow and in his pleasure feeling it pressed against him. I identify with David's confession that he thought about getting fatter "every waking moment". I know that I worry about my weight all day and all night. The final picture of them is beautiful.
