After watching that beach episode i became a Azula fan although it doesn't change the fact that she's still crazy and needs to be stopped😄

Yeah, The Beach episode is probably the best episode in "beach episode" type that i remember.(unlike different beach episodes this is not a filler episode) A lot of anime should have something like this. And not just fanservice and doing something stupid for 20+minutes. And yes, i am also just like you, not vibing whit that: Mai as love interest for Zuko. For Zuko i prefer that girl (Jin) client from the Tea shop. But in the end i really love Mai character, especially with her unusual kudere attitude

I was disappointed that the whole spension mess happened on the day of the Avatar reaction since I was looking forward to it, so I really appreciate how you went out of your way to give us extra reactions in this batch to make up for that, most reactors would have probably just pushed back the schedule.

I also agree that bloodbending isn't necessarily bad, but of course I think the manner in which Katara had to learn it was what the issue really was. She not only fulfilled Hama's twisted wish, but because waterbending is a part of her, this "evil" technique is now a part of her. She was forced to learn a technique that she never wanted to learn and can never unlearn now. Pretty traumatizing honestly. It's also why I've always saw this episode as a loss of innocence, because it's like Katara was tainted because of what she had to do. It's especially sad when you do think about how much Hama must have meant to Katara as a connection to their culture. She felt alone as the only southern waterbender her whole life and now to have this chance to learn what was lost to her, and have it corrupted like this. It's sad...
