I didn't remember the mask at all, I had to go back to episode 2 of this season, Kazuma buys the mask from Vanir. Vanir says it gives better circulation, improves magic, and I guess better skin lol, but only during the moonlight. So it only came in handy now during the full moon thief mission. I'm not sure if it influenced his personality or if that was just Kazuma playing the part to be a villain.

I dunno I think everyone in their party is dumb in their own way. But some how their individual dysfunctions allow them to function together. Like Kazuma is smart, but he is very self-sabotaging and gets dumb at the worst times. Megumin likewise is pretty clever, but gets excited or overdramatic and makes dumb decisions too.

These have been fun eps, I like to see Chris and some of the side characters get more screentime. If I remember right Chris was Darkness friend first before she joined the party, like way back in episode 3 where she taught Kazuma steal. So I guess it makes sense Darkness would recognize her too. Seeing Mitsurugi again was fun too, I kinda feel bad for him though lol.
