A brewer’s product & natural trade associations make good cover for a criminal syndicate. This brewery’s business isn’t all on the up-and-up!
This location is compatible with my Modular Japanese City Streets Tileset! The bottom-left corner can be connected to the street tiles on either side.
Thoughts
All those ladders & treasures hidden in walls are optional caches for your spot/perception checks to reveal.
The ladder by the visitors’ room (perhaps doubling as a tasting chamber) might serve as a place to let in some kind of assassin when nobody’s looking.
That idol in the front entry — I wonder if it’s watching visitors that enter?
Illicit black-market deals are best conducted in backrooms.

Smugglers’ Sake Brewery: An urban brewery overflowing with nooks, crannies, secret rooms, and bloody secrets.
Blueprints: Both labeled & unlabeled with each room's purpose, so you as a GM can understand the layout or to give to your players as a reward/preparation for a raid!
Cultist Attic: An alternative second floor with a demonic secret rather than a master thief’s cache.
Winter: A snowy overlay for colder or cozier investigations.
Slaughter/Assassination: A backrooms assassination, or a widespread gorefest.

All maps are provided with & without square grids in WEBP format. (Please note that while WEBP is compatible with all major VTTs, it may not be previewable in old Windows 10 photo viewers.)
In addition, a Foundry module with a compendium of pre-built scenes for major variants is provided!
Furthermore, full-color PDF files in both single-page and divided poster formats are provided for printing!
The divided poster PDFs are cut into US Letter-size pages; they have guidelines, sheet numbering, & a convenient sheet for sticking them together after you’ve printed them out, and have margins so that you don’t have to be pixel-perfect when cutting with your scissors.
The single-sheet PDFs are suitable for making high-quality prints via print shops & on large-scale printers.

Oh, sure! I assume you just mean the administrative area & are quite fine with the rest of the decorations, since your request is regarding the cultural characteristics? I threw together 2 edits for you - one's got my own somewhat more historically-accurate furnishings, & the other I simply stripped all the furniture out of the administrative area. Thank you for the latest map, great quality again and it's fantastic to see some interiors. Apologies for the bother, but is there a non furnished version of the interiors? My campaign is fairly straightforward feudal era and of course I would need to take out the western chairs, sofas and books. I'd like to remove the western style letters and knife on the table too. The blueprints are a lovely idea, I'll definitely find a use for them.
