I didn't understand at first but i am guessing the class rep was trying to help okarun, she thought that momo was bullying okarun and he being so quite and nervous couldn't speak against it.

such a fun episode. I'm glad I started the manga recently, that chapter at the beginning was fresh in mind... but I still had to go back because I didn't remember him being there when momo and okarun kissed, and he wasn't lol for the "spicy talk" of the perv, I also think it's a very different vibe if you make a joke as banter to making the joke as a flirt, you are just going to look like, well, a perv if you do it as a flirt 😂
