As much as we're going to aim for it, we probably can't create monthly patches. Our current aim is to make patches that have some 3~4 brand spanking new events for a new girl. And do that for each new girl as well as Hal. Then release that collected in stores as an expansion patch for somewhere under $10... which will take a while. Being $5 patron lets you check it out as it happens. ...I'm going to try writing this stuff clearer in the description above.
