November Billing Paused; $5 Tier Reward Changes

So this month was pretty slow again—which isn't unusual around here, as a lot of my older Patrons know by now. But I'm still really disappointed that this keeps happening, so I've been thinking about adjusting some of the tier rewards to a workload that's more realistic for me to output consistently
As of right now, I think it's pretty clear that our current setup has proven to be too much for me to keep up with, so I've been looking at our current rewards to see what specifically might be overwhelming for me. The first thing that comes to mind is the character polls, so I'm strongly considering removing them in order to free up more time to spend on other projects. I'd love to be able to work on commissions, merch, streaming, animated shorts, and even little things like more emotes... But I feel like I never have time to get to any of that stuff with the way things are now T__T
And of course I'd still finish up the characters that were voted in during previous polls. I'm not trying to rip anyone off here or anything; I just want to create some extra space for myself, and I think this might be a good step in doing that. Plus admittedly I think I was having the most fun back when I was just drawing Holly and my other OC's over and over again haha
So then my question to you guys is: what would you all want to compensate for the removal of those polls? I think lowering the price of that tier is probably a pretty obvious first choice, but I'd also be down to try more exclusivity on artwork, more alternate/wedgie pieces, source files, or commentary/guides of some sort? I'm really open to anything here—although preferably something simple, so we don't run into the same problem again lol... Constant animations just take so much out of me
The November billing cycle will be paused, meaning none of you will be charged on the 1st of next month while we get everything figured out. Let me know what you guys think!

I think it'll be a step in the right direction, yeah! And having discounts on merch as well as commissions is something I hadn't considered, but I think that'd be a pretty reasonable addition, too! I'll definitely keep that in mind c:

Mmhmm! I really wanna get more into showing off the characters in animated shorts/comics and such, as well as creating some fun merchandise! So hopefully with these changes I'll finally be able to make more of those goodies for you all :D

I'm really glad everyone seems to be on the same page with the Holly situation haha; she's just so much fun for me to draw, and so much fun for everyone else to look at I guess xD And yeah! I wanted to try doing some NSFW fan art just to see how it felt, but after testing it out for a little while, I think doing primarily OC stuff is for sure the way to go c: I really do love pieces where we let the imagination run wild, too haha... I'll see what I can whip up for you guys :)

Hmmm hard question. But getting rid of the polls is a good idea. Maybe offer discounts on commissions and Merch when you get that up and running

It’s all about your enjoyment my friend, commissions aside if u want to draw holly and your ocs primarily, then do it! An artist of your talent it would be a shame to see you burnout, so do what u gotta do, I’ll be around regardless😁

I agree that eliminating those that are not oc would be fine, you could still make new characters maybe some comic where we know more about holly's life and history would be super good and I read some merchandise it would be great to be able to have a holly dakimakura in my room rest assured that if you were to get merchandise out in some future I would be a loyal buyer, and it is because of Holly that I am here 🍑

Holly’s such a great OC that I wouldn’t mind seeing nothing but art and animations of her. Of course variety is the spice of life, but sometimes one big bubble butt is the only spice you really need.

Holly is why I came here. I still enjoy the other OCs but am generally disappointed when I have a Paetron noti and it isn't Holly. I really think you'd find yourself and your fanbase happier with 100% OC content. Even limiting commissions to your own characters would be cool with us, I'm sure. :) maybe occasionally stray but ultimately this should be enjoyable for you as well. As far as animations go, I'm thrilled by most of them but if you could put a short comic out in the time it takes you to do one animation. I'd rather see the comic as my imagination can do the work there and it frees the artist up to do more. :)

I myself, prefer Holly over 90% of other characters so eliminating non OC's would be fine to me. Also would love to see more bonus, still pictures like the one above. 👌
