anyways, Tenma-00 is the main antagonist of the story, and this is a peek at her redemption. in their final struggle, she and Maya find themselves inside of Judgment, moving through various liminal spaces shaped by memory. Maya, realizing how Tenma's pain and trauma have shaped her, makes the powerful choice to appeal to her humanity, to end things by helping her through it. and this is the result.
side note: the music in the video is also mine!

thank you!! the scene has lived in my head for a long long time, but when I started making this animatic, I actually started with the music first! I had a rough idea for how it would flow together, and thankfully I was mostly correct!
