His name is likely derivated from Energy aka Enerugi. If there was such a western angel themed naming scheme, the priests and Gan Fall would likely follow that pattern. You'd at least have another character

So one thing about Enel's name that I rarely see people talk about, and the reason why I believe it's Enel and not Eneru, is the whole god thing. Many of our real world names end in -el, such as Daniel, Michael, Raphael, etc and that stems from the suffix -el meaning "God" in Hebrew.

You might wonder how Sanji was able to ride on the cloud ball without triggering its “surprise” effect — how was that even possible? It’s one of those clever little details that One Piece loves to slip in. If you look closely, the cloud ball Sanji stepped on had a small flower on it, which means the “surprise” had already been triggered earlier — possibly the same one that Usopp accidentally touched before, when the flower popped out. Because of that, Sanji could safely step or ride on it without setting off another explosion or effect. It’s both fascinating and hilarious.
