That's true - to be honest, I would be all for Aizen getting loose in the Hell Arc and potentially causing even more trouble during the chaos.
Also, his power grows and grows by the day, so even if Mayuri was able to create more powerful seals and binds, Aizen would be able to break through them, especially in the epilogue arc. If he was able to undo his left eye, mouth, and ankles in 2 years, imagine 10-15 years of isolation.

Interesting! I interpreted that differently - when Szayel said, what was it, something about Aizen being gone, I just thought he was talking about Aizen's imprisonment.
We need a video on whether he is still in Muken during the special anniversary chapter. From what I inferred from what Szayel said, I believe Aizen is free from Muken.
