Mnnn, focus on something, draw. Testing yourself is especially useful. For example, do an arm study, learn a few names of muscles, then at the end of the day before bed, try and quickly draw the same image from memory and try to name the muscles again. Youll soon realize what went in and what things you simply copied rather than learnt :3
