Howdy! Here’s what’s up:
In this post I wanted to talk about prison, the crime system, how it’s relevant for the main story and our new plans for it.
Moana just finished the bugfix and now it’s back to the pole for her! No excuses! She’ll do her best to finish it and upload it in a few weeks from now. While I already resumed my work on Kira’s upgraded face, the artwork for Moana’s quest and writing more quests and events.
This post is completely dedicated to the prison. I'll make the final Olga post and upgrade Kira’s face relatively soon (still need to layer some “Olga” path-exclusive outfits for Kira and refine the three new versions of her face).

Like I’ve said in my previous post, we had plenty of new ideas while working on random prison events. Here I’d like to inform you about our plans and gather your feedback.
First, I’d like to mention something that will become clear in just two updates, a lot of locations and side quests are actually “main quests” that you can complete before Kira is even asked. Prison is one of such places. So, when it comes to the timeline of content implementation, what I’ll say next is scheduled to come after Vivarium (and more breast sizes).
With that in mind, here’s the plan (nothing is written in stone yet):
- Kira won’t be just sentenced for a day, the amount of days will depend on the severity of the crime she commits and will get increased if she keeps breaking the law;
- Prison will have its own "cigarettes" based economy;
- For the first three times Kira gets incarcerated, she will have the “protection” and will be able to sleep in the holding facility where she is safe, then she will have to pay to use the “safe” holding facility bed;
- Without protection (or with it), after the first three days, Kira will have her own customisable cell in the main prison building where she will be able to sleep;
- When Kira sleeps in her cell, there will be a chance that she will be visited by other inmates or prison guards, to be robbed or harassed (you’ll always have a choice on how to deal with them, kill them even);
- Through “Mama” Kira will be able to buy safety from being harassed by the prisoners. Through the “prison commission shop” Kira will be able to buy safety from being hustled by the guards;
- “Prison commission shop” will be expanded, Kira will be able to buy safety, buy things for her cell and new prison outfits, exchange cigarettes for real money, but not the other way around (cigarettes have to be earned);
- Kira is required to wear a prison uniform, but there will be different unlockable prison outfits purchasable at the shop;
- Through “Mama”, Kira will be able to keister things into prison (phones, cigarettes, fridges, tvs), she’ll have to store those things in her own cell which can be raided by guards or inmates (forcing Kira to have a debt);
- If Kira hurts inmates, she will also go into debt and won’t be released until she settles it with “Mama”, regardless of the length of her sentence;
- Killing people, fighting people, being caught prostituting or keistering things in prison will lead to Kira’s sentence being increased;
- Working at the pole or servicing guards will reduce Kira’s sentence;
- Kira can negotiate with Gulag or his replacement if he is dead (Olga) to reduce her sentence or have better/worse conditions;
- Kira will be taken to Gulag (or Olga) if she does something severe (like kills a guard) to receive extra punishment (like a task to service 100 guards orally, get spanked, serve as a waitress/maid during a prison party, etc.);
- Kira will be able to ask to see her lawyer (Tolstoy) and find out how she can reduce her sentence from a “legal” perspective;
- Kira will be able to prostitute herself to people, Guards is their shared room or inmates in the cells, shower, corners (where the guards can’t see her);
- Prison shower event will use the same art as in regular dorm shower, with a different background;
- Prison sleeping will use the same art as in regular dorm sleeping, with a different background;
- A new repeatable “Incarceration” event will be added and will happen every time Kira gets arrested (she will be stripped naked and checked for any foreign objects);
- There will be a chance of guards catching Kira in the act of keistering, prostituting, etc. And a choice to bribe them with cigarettes or sex.
- If Kira angers Gulag, or he dies and gets replaced by Olga, things will get much worse for Kira (more sex, more rules, and some unique events)
- Kira’s that have “Free Use” fetish, won’t be able to accept any cigarettes and will unconditionally agree to any sexual advances, they will have to rely on their lawyer and Gulag/Olga to reduce their prison sentences/pay their debts.
Apart from that, the main people of interest when it comes to Prison in terms of main plot are “Mama” (the head prisoner) and “Akulov” (the guy that invited Kira to “Pet snake grooming” at the gym). One controls the crime outside and the other the crime inside. They work together but have a dispute, and it’s up to Kira to fix everything or make things worse.
Everything looks doable, half of it is systems that are already present in the game and a lot of it will rely on repeatable art that will be used outside of prison as well (like the current harassment events that use the same art in prison and in the residential area).
The most complex part about prison is the repeatable pole event that Moana is still busy coding in, due to how varied and important it is.
I believe that everything I listed in this post will make the “punishment” part of our game’s “crime and punishment” system much more interesting and worth engaging with.

The lowest rank in a soviet prison is “Опущенный” (condemned/downcast), which is an inmate that gets basically reduced to a sex-toy, has no respect and no choice, even shaking his hand is a reason to be beaten/punished. So, the soviet prison is a horrible place, even if it wasn’t a porn game. But, our Kira is not a regular gal, she’s capable of punching straight through someone’s head, and just because she’s a woman in a male prison - she’s invaluable and invulnerable by default. There will always be a choice to make things both consensual and to keep player agency, but the events will be harsh, due to the nature of this location. And the objectification starts coming when Kira decides not to kill or hurt anyone, it is a choice. With that in mind, I did try to convey the grim nature of it all in some prison dialogues and in the prison shower, where Kira gets tattooed if she chooses not to fight back. The random prison harassments that we added are also written to be meaner, and the prison pole is something straight out of dark ages. I do want the prison to be different from the rest of the game, and to better reflect that it is “prison” - rules, lack of freedom, etc. With the current ideas written in this post, I want to achieve what you’re talking about - Kira will have to “earn her keep” and refusal to play by the prison rules will lead to harsher conditions. Mom will demand tribute through keistering, failure to comply will lead to Kira having night visitors and the increased amount of harassers that want freebies, if Kira rejects her visitors (kills them), she will be punished further with tasks from the prison warden. Refusal to complete those tasks will lead to Kira not being able to leave the prison. However, a Kira that’s already an uber slut that wants to sleep with anyone anywhere, will indeed be like you described - “have nearly the same life in and out of prison”. This will make both Mom and Warden mad, since she would be ruining the prison economy - And I’m not sure what can be done with a Kira like that, what punishments could she receive? My current idea is to make punishments more service-oriented (like being a bare-chested waitress at the Wardens party) and to make it comedic - with Kira getting excited that she’s being punished and making the Warden sad. If you have more ideas for punishments or on how I could add more “objectification of Kira” to this location, please do tell me, because I agree with your take and this is what I’m hoping to achieve here.

What I do not like about this this part is the scarcity of "objectification" element, which should have played an important role in any prison scene in a porn game. It sounds to me that in the current ideas, a bimbo Kira would be having nearly the same life in and out of prison -- where is the "coerce/hierarchy" part? It would be more natural if, say, a repeated-offender Kira could be reduced to the "lowest of all" rank and face much more hardcore punishments.
