I absolutely love your narrated videos. But I have one request. One some videos, your sounds from the video overpowers your voice quite a bit, so if you could mix your narrated videos with the sound a bit lower compared to your voice, that would be greatly appreciated.

if the flushing noises are likely to reach the new in-progress workspace as well, maybe consider putting a reed switch on the toilet door frame, with an indicator light in your shop. having an advance warning would at least make it possible to plan ahead with a cut and conceal it in editing.

What about using Silicone Lube? That would be body/hand safe, and latex gloves safe as needed, Mineral Oil is not latex safe, and it would be safe for all metals and most coatings I think. Well, there are a lot of people who like the sound and look of latex gloves... lol
