She should be tickle tortured by Zed, since they're enemies (She wants to kill him actually). I know a lot of people want to see her feet, but I think upperbody tickling would be better here. I mean, look at her clothes. Her midriff and armpits are completely exposed. She could be tied down on a bed or something, as long as she is bound with her arms up and tickled on her upperbody. Honestly, I'd like to see akali and another female champion (ahri, preferably). Akali's new look really screams "dominatrix" to me. Maybe she could be tickling ahri or you could try and recreate the d.va/ahri picture, except this time, akali will be worshipping ahri's bound feet.
