Possible variants: - Blindfold and gag variants, of course. - Various torture implements strewn across the scene as Ashe has used nearly every trick at her disposal. - Dirt on Ashe’s soles from running around the torture chamber (I think I have a sub-kink 🤔). - Dialogue and/or scenery showing Ashe’s is being pressured to keep up with Mercy’s demands, or else end up in her place (probably by Widowmaker — could make for a future Ashe/Widowmaker/Mercy setup 😉)

Still, I’ll throw in some ideas: Thinking about a theme of scenes set *after* the initial round of torture, how about a scene where Burial At Sea Elizabeth has won a tickling endurance test against Columbia Elizabeth, and is now free to torment her naked body with all manner of tools and toys at her disposal, as the latter begs for mercy.
