Hello! a bad new :c

I make this post to report that at the moment I am without my computer xc.
On Friday afternoon my cpu stopped send me image to my screen, my boyfriend tried to help me with what was within our reach, unfortunately it was not some basic problem, so on Saturday I took it to a technician but they could not find the problem, and the Sunday I took it to another place but so far they have not contacted me x nx;;. Even so, tomorrow, November 5, I will do my best to send the rewards, for now I only have my cell phone.
I just hope it's not a video card or motherboard problem y ny...I really hoped this would be resolved quickly. I am very sorry for this inconvenience.

Pretty long for a card, especially if it's an older model. Glad you were able to get a card for it to work now though! :D

Yes, it was the video card :c. about 4 years if I remember. Unfortunately it is the only computer I have, but I managed to get an accessible video card to work. Thank you very much Chris :).

I already solved it, it was the video card x ux, I managed to buy an accessible one for the moment, just arrived today and my computer has already worked again. Thank you very much for your support my friend! ♥

Oof...yeah...that looks like a GPU failure. :< Either that or it is overheating, but those are what I feel are the most likely causes. How old is the graphics card on your computer? I hope it does get fixed very soon though. If you have another computer in the house (or a relative that has one) and you are comfortable with it, maybe swap out the GPU and see if it works then?

I'm terribly sorry to hear about this situation,hopefully you can get it fixed up sooner rather then later. Dont even worry about the rewards until you're all back up and running~!
