To help me diagnose the problem, can you open the main Bitdefender interface, navigate to Notifications/Events and select the event generated by the file in question and let me know what it says?

The installer requires internet access to download the game files. It's possible that is causing it to say that, however the software is not dangerous. I will look into why Bitdefender is giving that warning.

Help requested. I'm stuck in a cave with Clare. The rock walls collapsed and both exits are blocked. Apparently there's a puzzle to solve to get out but I have no idea what to do to solve it.

HAHA! that would be the easy way to do it. I discovered that you can actually affect their position by making them run into walls/rocks in key positions and make them stand on any of the pressure plates. I really enjoyed the puzzle.

In my opinion it's an issue if we can t load a savegame after such a trouble.... Is each savegame crypted and usable only with one profile?

The save files are stored in your local user data. If you delete your user data, change your login name, reinstall your os, or change devises you will lose your save progress if you don't back it up first. But there are save files you can use and info on how to use them on the Discord server in the faq channel.

all my saved games have apparently been deleted. Atleast i can't click on "Continue" when i open the game.... What can i do?

The save file locations for each platform are in the #faq channel of the Discord. New installs recognize any save files written to these places.

How can I move my save fies from my old computer to my new one and will the updated version recognize them? If it is not clear, I bought a new upgraded computer and am trying to move my ToN game to it, at the same time I decided to rejoin Patreon to get the lates version.

There is a hack that breaks this part of the game. You may need to download clean save files if you used the hack. The faq channel on the discord server has files and instructions on how to use them

It's locked. Did I miss getting the key? If so, where is it? I won't know where it is since the Soul Crystal isn't saying anything but to get to Madalyn.

The system is running slow due to server overload. Your account may take a little more time to get into the system. In the meantime, you can use the manual ZIP download and play and once the launcher sees your account, it will install the game and find your save games from the ZIP version.

I appreciate the timer on the next updates came here in November from Affect3d and really enjoy the games. Nothing serious will there be a quick craft option? Like if you have the recipe and have made it once you don't need to place each item individually into the alter you can click the recipe and then it'll craft it. Again not serious just a tiny bit of a time saver.

It's the 12th torch, and it's not accessible yet. The key is found using a map that you'll find after opening the secret area.

Ok, go to the shrine room, and then go left. Then after you go left, go down. That is where the viper is. You will need to bomb that south wall to get there. I assume, since you haven't gotten the viper, you've not made it to this room.

I can't get back to the cave entrance on Estro Key as Sam is wandering around. I'm 22% complete and searching for the Viper to save the Ranger.

From the Shrine room I've gotten into two other chambers with my first two rock bombs and still have 3 left. I can see another chamber from the last chamber I entered but can't find a wall that will let me bomb it.

Okay I have an issue, I was using the free version from Affect 3D and have now updated to the latest build but am still stuck. The soul Crystal keeps telling me to build another Rock Bomb when I already have 3, and I can't find a wall to use them on. Any ideas how I get past this issue and not loose where I am in the game?
