I just upgraded from Master to Grand Master and downloaded the upgrade files to my windows 10 pc. I am getting errors that it failed to load an image from the img directory. Looking in the directory I can see why. The image is not there. I went back to the website and tried to download the full package instead of just the updates but then I get a message that I need to upgrade my downloads, I've exceeded the bandwidth.

There's a delay in the system with new accounts. Start by playing the free version and then in a couple hours, click "change account" and sign in and it should update your game to the latest.

I am at 68% now. Have only 29 of 30 pages and 31 of 33 extras. To release no. 37 in ancient temple need page 30. Can anybody explain me what I do wrong? How find the last page in update 69012?

The game keeps freezing right when I use the grappling hook to get to the 4th palm frond. Any ideas?

You have to merge the files. It's not as easy on the Mac as the PC. It may be simpler to just download the Full Game.

How does one install patches on a Mac?

I seem to be missing a key somewhere as for the past few updates I seem to have an unopened chest left over... just got the mysterious key and entered the room to get the profile... but cant open the chest... I've looked everywhere and even resorted to mass clicking around every screen.

i cant make concrete because when i go to the park no tailsmans pop up at all so i cant get the one i need and my grapple hook is gone

For some reason my game is version 69013, and you guys say 69012. Any reason why?

The bug was patched, but a quick fix is to grab the broken key to the left of the peacock first

I think I found a bug on at least the Mac version. When you go to collect the palm leaves I can get the first 3 but when I go to chase the peacock off and have the steep hill in front of me, where I assume the 4th leaf is, I get a hard freeze when I try to use the grappling hook to go up the cliff. It's allowing me to quit the game but the MC won't move or do anything but stand at the bottom.

They key is to hit the switch and then immediately run right, then down, and then left just before the snake gets there.

Puzzle 38 is ridiculous. I know the order to solve it, but he keep pathing into the notch no matter where I click on the map and the snake gets him before he can get around the other side.

Jessica's scene is a treatment and you need to go back to her to see it again. The crumbly ground should be there on Mac. It's 2 spaces up and 2 spaces right from the book on the ground.

Two bugs. I watched the video of going through this version, and there is supposed to be "crumbly rock" by the jaguar spot, but in the mac version it is not there. also, the scene with jessica does not save to scene player, it just disappears

There is a broken key on the ground next to the peacock. Pick it up first and then try. This is being patched now so it wont happen again. If you use the launcher, it's been patched.

In searching for the 4th palm leaf, when i am at the peacock, it tells me the cliff is too high so iget the grappling hook. then the game freezes and i can only get it running again by restarting. Do I have to climb up there to find a leaf?

Having trouble opening the new game on mac. Security and privacy settings won't give me the option to open anyway like it usually does.. Anyone else having this problem?

When in the deep jungle. Where the peacock is blocking the wall you can scale. I get it out of the way but the game freezes and won't let me climb up.
