Next week comes a new chapter of Symphony of the Serpent! What's up with Tony and Lola? Can Olivia help you? Are the Miller's getting a bit too close to you? Find out in Chapter 3! We're finishing up the massive amount of lip sync required for this upcoming chapter as well as utilizing some new tools to create a "dream-like" sequence. I'm really happy with the increase in quality with our new animation team and compositing processes.
The world is also growing quickly! The addition of the side-quest girls and having stats impact not only attraction but the mainline story progress as well has really opened up the game in ways that the previous titles didn't. The amount of player choice, while still maintaining a linear main-story, will certainly set SotS apart from the past games. We've got a long way to go but I'm very happy with how things are progressing.

It's the plot... I was excited when I saw Lillian at the start with Agrat, and then again when we got the Oracle with Empusa. But other than that, so far it's just not hitting for me yet (like I'm just not feeling it atm). The characters haven't really jumped out at me yet too. I mean, we ARE still early in the game, so that could be a reason why also. These will just take time for me to get invested in. Maybe after a couple more updates? Also, there's just too many SGs. They're very pretty and all, but I feel like they don't add anything beside lewd content, and it kind of feels like a chore to get their scenes, especially if you had to replay the game multiple times; I replayed it three times already. I think I would have preferred a more focused on our main LI cast.

Yes you can. Saves are kept in the game files, but if you use the NLT Launcher, they should be stored on your PC and read where you last saved every time you load a new update.

How can i transfer saves between updates? Bit annoying to have to keep starting again

To be honest, I'm not feeling the characters or hooked into SOTS's story/gameplay yet. With TGO; it had me hooked from the jump. It going to take a little longer for me to get invested.
