The best thing you can do is focus on healing yourself. People are always going to talk, and they’ll always judge. Regardless of how great you may treat people, you’ll always be a villain in at least one story. We just have to learn to accept it and stop caring. The people who know you, know the truth. The ones who matter, support you. To Hell with the rest.
People don’t believe the power of ones mental health positive or negative. People that have not experienced someone that is battling a mental health illness cannot comprehend the severity of the disease . You have been diagnosed with bpd which I have found is usually accompanied with a another diagnosis. Just please take care and seek help to figure this out.
