Hang on here he wasnβt offering the money he was asking would you do it . Does he have 1 b ? Do we pass a test if we say no? If one says no is one holding out for 10 billion, . Still a stupid question though and yes most people would presume he was condoning violence. He probably was at least irresponsible, stupid , and insensitive with the question.
