I call BS. SCAM!! I live in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, and I meet people locally. Online activity is getting so filled with scam activity, and sadly, it's here to stay. I got hooked into things, like this, when I was younger. In the nineties, the big thing was the Russian mail order bride thing. That turned out to be a huge scam. if something seems too good to be true, then it probably is.
