Hey Chloe, I start cleaning when I’m depressed. That way if I’m still bummed I at least have a clean house. Another thing is just go for walks. Sometimes just getting that 30 min reprieve can help. You still have my SC so if you wanna talk you know I’ll listen and help where I can.
