JoiPlay 1.20.611 and Plugin Updates
🕑 Added 2025-08-30 09:49:57 +0000 UTCHello! It took some time to figure out and fix the issues with the new virtual gamepad implementation, but it should be a lot better now with this update.
Virtual gamepad now comes with a joystick that looks and behave like dpad by default due to user demands. It can behave like both joystick and dpad and this can be controlled by a simple toggle in edit mode.
There was an issue that causes buttons to align and position incorrectly in portrait orientation which is fixed with this update by implementing a more accurate function to recalculate button positions and a short delay to let android adjust layouts fully before showing gamepad buttons.
Cheat option was not work correctly on some game types due to minor bugs which is fixed with this update.
There were some user reports regarding incorrect shader float precisions which mainly cause graphical glitches in outdoor maps. Made necessary changes to let shaders use high precision floats which should fix the issue but might cause minor performance drops on some old devices.

Our red string doesn't run in Joyplay. I tried resetting the device, but it still doesn't work. I have the latest version of the plugin, but it still doesn't work. I installed an older version, but it still doesn't work. There seems to be a problem with the player. Is there no patch?

Hi, is there any bugfix planned? In the current version Pokemon vanguard crashes after a certain battle in the newer chapters

Hi, I just downloaded JoiPlay 1.20.611, but I think the app password things is kinda broken, we can pass through by pressing "back" on our phone >.> does it's normal?

On pokemon unbreakable ties, why the Joiplay ver 100590 play smoothly compare to this one? This one is incredibly lagging & the loading take like 3 ~ 9 minutes but when using the version that i mention, it took like 3 second to loading & play smoothly, no frame or lagging but the only problem on that joiplay is the control where u can't edit it at all and when u tried it, it just max out the dp & make your controller big. Also for joiplay 120611, im also having the same problem as the others with the up key thingy.

The socket in version 1.21.00 works perfectly with TCPSocket but the function seems to have been removed in the new version. Exception: NameError Message: uninitialized constant Connection::TCPSocket. To be precise, this happens with the Cable Club Online Battle Script for Pokémon Essentials. I noticed that in the logs.txt file, it tries to make some modification mentioning the Cablera Club script, but the name is actually Cable Club. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Thank you for giving back the d pad. Still have issue where enabling diagonal movement in joiplay settings appears to cause the up key to swap with the down key leading to weird

Um - so I think I accidentally removed my circle pad, I can't find it anywhere and it's not on the key code when I edit the buttons - I'm on android btw
